Philip is an experienced business executive and management consultant with a focus on finance, strategy and business development. He led the start-up of Northpoint Consulting Inc, a digital technology services company and LCI Consulting Inc, a boutique management consultancy firm of which he is the managing director and lead consultant for digital transformation. Philip holds a Master’s of Engineering degree and an MBA from Durham Business School and previously held senior corporate roles with responsibilities in engineering, marketing, sales, business development, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Philip sits on both private and public sector boards including the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry council and is a Past-President of the Barbados ICT Professionals Association. In his early career, Philip was an army officer with the Barbados Defence Force reserves, commissioned at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK and a past lecturer in Telecommunications Regulation & Policy at the University of The West Indies.
